Hello, I'm Rob and I'm 48, I live in Anaheim Ca and looking to invest in the Orange County Ca area and Las Vegas NV (I have family in Vegas). I purchased J. Scott's book and look forward to reading it when it arrives. I've been following BiggerPockets.com for the last few weeks. I'm also looking forward to becoming active in the community!
