Good Morning:I was on twitter the other day where real estate investors (primarily focused on industrial properties) were discussing in investing in contractor's garages.Would appreciate one's thoughts as to how does one value these kinds of properties?

A "edutainment" lunch is also a lot different than broadcasting things on a Twitter feed.I think you probably gave the securities attorney 1/100th of the information they needed to give you proper guidance.

When Twitter was first released, it was actually very simple.

Again, as I always say, there IS a difference between an "airbnb" and a "vacation rental" and the main difference is that a vacation rental will continue to get booked for decades after airbnb, twitter, facebook are long gone.

Have found some cash buyer rehabers on social sites like twitter and facebook.

I suppose one of my claims to "fame" is that I was offered a job as an engineer for Twitter, but since it would have required moving to San Francisco, I reluctantly turned it down.My wife and I live in Avignon, France with our 3 little kids.
