Books to read to learn more about vacation rentals

I'm thinking about buying a place on cape cod as a vacation rental and would like to read a few books on the subject. Does anyone have any recommendations on books for learning more about the vacation rental side of real estate. I've been reading up only on but and holds up to this point and want to explore more options

I've been at it for about 18 months, two properties and doing quiet well.  There's a TON to learn, it's a more challenging business than long term rentals, but there are significant opportunities to make significant income.
