Like one little lot split i was doing in Lake Oswego.. we do the pre app and all the other things to get to a land use decisions ( probably 15 to 20k)  and no mention of this through the whole thing. .but one of the land use conditions was to replace the old water line in the street with a 200 ft run of 8 inch ductile iron.. all for hooking up two houses.. total BS this is a major road.. the cost to do this will be significant .. so we are appealing that condition.. 

If you can wait, I would spend this weekend looking at open houses in the neighborhood or in similar neighborhoods in Canyon Lake.

I'm purchasing several homes in the Lake Tahoe area which will be rehabbed and then put on airbnb.

I'm from Lake Charles, Louisiana and as of 3 months ago decided to get serious about investing in real estate.

Looking into a lake place in Mn.

It is for a 3BD (including master suite overlooking a lake), 3Bath, nice neighborhood.I'm trying to figure out the wear and tear I can expect from different prospective clients like:- Teenagers- Children- Boys vs. girls- Old vs. young- Extended family (e.g. grandma, mom, daughter in the house)- Other?

Our current investment focus is buy-and-hold multi-units around Muskegon, Spring Lake, Grand Haven and even Grand Rapids. 

I'm looking for someone from Utah, specifically Utah or Salt Lake Valley, to help me answer some questions.

The cabin has great features for both.  2/2 (no garage) on a man made lake, private HOA community, on a bus route for the local schools.
