Lake Charles Real Estate Investor - New to BP

I think it is time to introduce myself. I'm am pretty new here to Bigger Pockets. I've been listening to the podcasts and learning through books on real estate investing. 

I'm from Lake Charles, Louisiana and as of 3 months ago decided to get serious about investing in real estate. We've done a couple house flips over the past 9 years and are currently living in a house we rehabbed. We currently have 6 SFRs. We bought our first rental three years ago and in the past month we've acquired 5 more single family rentals. Also under contract on another and set to close in about two weeks.

I'm looking to learn more and connect with other investors. 

Current Goal: I would like to acquire at least one small multi-family within the next six months. Ideally 4-20 units.
