The only thing that matters is how much you're willing to gamble.

There's no "best way" to accomplish this and it's a gamble every time.

(I always do that first before sending a message as I think it's less likely to be flagged as spam/review if there's already a connection in place before sending things like phone #s and email addresses.)

I get more spam from folks trying to do illegal loans as a mortgage broker than I used to get as a retail direct lender, but you don't want to touch any of that trash anyways, so no difference. 

You shouldn't be spending it, gambling it, or investing it.

In the past 6 months to a year all I get is spammed by wholesalers. 

I have to manually send each message though and my intention is not to automatically blast people with spam.

If you can't buy the property right it's a gamble, not an investment.
