My thought goes more to the age of prospects, a modest income earning adult will have less time for discretionary activities, they may be more consumed by other things than surfing the web, but I'm sure some do.Access to the internet can be had at libraries, free, so for those techies time on line is limited.

The entire south end of the house was a library with floor to ceiling shelves.

Pay the extra $10/month for a few months to get help setting everything up (you can always cancel once you're setup), and check out Small Business Accounting from the Library.  

Read posts here, go to a library or bookstore and browse the multitude of books on real estate investing.

It will get expensive if you are wanting case law in recent years or get on some mailing list, if you can, many are restricted for attorneys.Check out the public library and college book stores.
