I do not know about Tampa only Orlando.

I currently own the house I live in and I’m looking to buy a multi-family in Orlando, FL.

I just taught a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource class in Orlando. 

I Would like to expand into Florida region somewhere near the major metro Areas ( Orlando, Tampa , Miami, Jacksonville), would like to get some feedback from other investors/ builder in the state and which area is worth looking into to build few 4 plexus to start and which city , I have notice there are few lots are still available for somewhat reasonable price still ( i think), what price per sqft the rent is going for in the area for new build ?

I am looking to invest in vacation rental properties in the Orlando area, any advice?

Both have very strong population growth and very diversified economy(I like city with diversified economy instead of single type like Vegas or Orlando). 

An investment partner and I (both of us are in college) are looking at investing in a real estate property in the greater Orlando area.Upon graduation we will both have a salary around $50k with zero college debt (thanks to parents who prepared heavily for our futures!)

The neighborhood is a safe, family neighborhood in close proximity to Disney World in Orlando.
