(f) Under no circumstances may a landlord dispose of or otherwise exercise control over personal property remaining upon inhabited premises without the express permission of the tenant.  

I believe Betco is out of New England so that may a geographic advantage for you....

Just a friendly heads up...If you can go anywhere, think twice about Houston if like to jog or golf...but maybe heaven for gardeners or having a backyard pool.Even though I know nothing about the tech or medical industries, I may as well add that DFW is American's hub and while Dallas is huge in telecommunications it is also pretty big in everything else and has maybe the best medical school in the state...Southwestern.

Whether they are or not, what those same tend to forget or gloss over is that the landlords of those complexes may a deal.

I also found out that even if you have a way to pay your bills in 5 days or less you may as well give up.

at that percentage you may as well just be a property manager :-) Get your feet wet in some REIA meetings and ask the important questions..talk to people from Lifestyles unlimited (not buy in.. ....yet) they are a big multifamily investment group.
