I recently bought my first multi-family in California's Central Valley. It's a duplex and cash flowing pretty well. I'm excited and looking for more deals . Anyone Here that could offer some help or overall knowledge would be greatly appreciated

I may as well chime in with a similar story. I got started the same way in Memphis TN some years ago. Moved out of an apartment, used my va to purchase a duplex. Lived in one side for a while then bought a home. I have 2 duplex now along with a single family home (4 properties, 3 rentals plus my own). Very glad I got in the business.

@kirkolsen what's a portfolio loan?
