I am commuting from madison, but would try to make what times work for others when I can.

I was asking because I have worked for a couple of the larger Property Management companies here in Madison and as a property manager....well let's just say I know of one complex that is up for sale that was infested in bed bugs.

I will take a happy client that will refer me out to a few bucks extra on a deal.The Madison WI area market is hot, it was hotter a couple months ago, but I could not write an offer at listing price and get the deal.

PS I hung out at Reunion there in Madison for a year nicest spot in MS... 

I can see it is going to go through some pain in the near future.The prices have gone up in Madison Heights, Clawson, and forget about Ferndale. 

This will be an out-of-state property for us and we like areas such as Huntsville, Birmingham and Madison.
