I've been hosting MTR's now for almost 5 years. 

@Priscilla Z. has hosted an experience group in the past that specializes on wholesaling…I hope she responds for a time and place.CFRI Central Florida is the larger group, with classes offered.

I host in the Tampa Florida area and use both AirBNB and VRBO. 

I have no problem paying them to host my rental advertisements...but I don't think I would link them to my bank account.

Many prefer white because it looks upscale and like a nice hotel, but lots of hosts have been moving to light gray to help with the staining and spots that can occur.

He hosts a conference every year for real estate investors and has a youtube channel and I think has even written some books.

I have a local property manager that is co-host on the AirBnb listing that will continue to manage the property.

If folks keep adding to the suburbs, the industries will  stay in the host city and that land there will just get even more pricy.

There are some markets/small town in California still cash flow with short term rentals essentially if you can self manage and/or can do an owner occupied hosted rental.3) Stay put & sell the condo in the future to get a duplex that you can do a live in flip and house hacking one unit.
