@Jacob Elliott First I’d educate myself by reading some of the books on real estate investing that can be found here in the BIGGERPOCKETS book store that outline the types of investing and walk you through some of the steps involved in investing.Then I’d figure out what type of property I felt most drawn to, Single family homes, small multi families, mid sized multi families, AirBnB’s, commercial properties, something more passive like REITs, etc. and do some further research on that particular type of property you’re most interested in.
