Does anyone have any experience with short term rentals in PCB?

I’ve heard of a few different options but would love to hear your experiences, especially if you've used gap funding on flips, new construction, or commercial projects.

@Michelle Wang, I completely understand your frustration, and I want to say that you are not alone in this experience.

Most times, the top of a brokers list are those with experience who they've worked with in the past.

@Lulu LueHUD has 2 online databases of lenders showing which ones have the most experience with 203k's. 

Something else that I have been seeing, Sellers dont want anyone to view the property unless they accepted an offer.

Nights, weekends, holidays, etc.To keep this on-topic, though...DO figure out what's healthy for you to manage but remember it's a process where every experience teaches you good and bad (and be patient with that process).DON'T sweat the small stuff (damage/costs under $50, undisclosed dogs, etc.) but DO find a way to learn, prevent, put in better practices to maintain your sanity.
