HEy everyone,want to know if someone here have expiriance with rentals for students?

I know it would make the most sense to have them pay but I am targeting college students.

Hi All,Had a student tenant at a college rental break a lease on a property, and was unable to fill the space.

It’s also likely useful to picture who your ideal tenant is…families, students, contract workers, etc. that’s also going to greatly dictate where you look.

Also, we have no consumer debt, car loans, or student debt.

I'm a 24 year old international student in Montreal.

I have "one on one" students in Atlanta, doing very well, but if price is an issue, I'm not your guy.

Hi there,In the process of searching for our first rental property and saw a couple prospective properties yesterday.Thoughts on making a currently single family rental into student housing..Current tenants-month to month rent, been there 3-4 yearsHome is in a prominent student housing neighborhood, would increase rent significantly Would you chance loosing a paying tenant to try student housing? 

Get your income up, keep the DTI low, and resist the urge to go chasing after cheap doors in smaller Midwest markets.
