The first question is what mode of transportation do you plan to use to get there? 

Factors-Sunny, great weather 8 months a year, large inward migration.1 Metropolis, lots of empty federal land.Industry-  Aerospace, chips, transportation, construction.Stupid politicians-  really- out politicians are stupider than yours (wherever you are).  

I paid for professional packers to help pack the house, I paid for movers to transport the items to storage, and I even paid for 1 month of storage.

It has nice transport to Boston, from what I can tell a large renting population, growing younger population, and likely has more close to your price range.Given where you are commuting to, I'd be curious to see if you can dig up any opportunities in Hyde Park/Readville, or Dedham. 

Yea that is an issue, I would need to find a friend with a truck to transport them.

You probably have to go into neighboring towns that you can make an argument for being similar in demographic and proximity to transportation, or whatever makes your property unique to justify your price.

Property is located on good street in decent area, close to transportation and amenities.

Temporary worker housing situations etc seem like an ideal candidate for what I am searching for.I have looked into quotes for transport and even a 1500-2000 mile move might make sense given the prices of the lower end mobile home market in the Northwest & on most of the West coast.
