@Bob Stevens Agreed, I too would much rather be all in at $250k, unfortunately here in Southern CA, that won't buy you a garage!

They claim to be coming out with new features in the coming weeks but I don't have much faith, unfortunately. 

I can't argue with mine in Bristol unfortunately because the assessed value still is at that 70% mark and I think it's still less than what it should be...
