We had a course here for rehabbers last week that consisted of a 2 hr classroom session and another 2-3 hrs. at a home that is about to undergo renovation so we could get an idea of how to estimate costs, the cost of the class was forty dollars.

Yes: I always put my rental qualifications in my ads, including the fact that the tenant must make 3 times the rent in income, have no history of evictions, no accounts in collections, undergo a credit check, have a certain FICO score, etc..
