Nevermind that it had been there for nearly a decade and spanned multiple rafters making it unlikely to fall unless the roof fell as well.This tenant also learned an $80 lesson about flipping breaker switches after being told 7-8 times that it was likely a breaker issue and saying that they had flipped the switch.

For example, if you are in charge of acquisitions and can negotiate a price down by $5,000 in the span of one hour, is that $5,000/hr worth more than what you would potentially be paying a contractor per hour?
