Hi My BP Community,I'm looking for the best free or economical Skip Tracing programs in 2018.

Basically I have already exhausted every avenue available and I skip-trace for a living.

So even if the gas is in the tenant’s name, if they don’t pay and skip town, the past-due gas bill can be issued as a lien against the house (and the owners responsibility)There are other cities that do this too - so you have to research your utilities to be sure your theory holds up.

Everyone is so nice when they are applying but after they skip rent or create problems for neighbors, you see another side. 

Save yourself the 10% of rent and Skip the PM and have your son do it.

Do some research on skip tracing or direct mail to determine how to get started.

My guess is they were in a hurry and skipped the scan or they had a bad battery or some reason it didn't get picked up.

You should be able to skip using an attorney and just get a transaction coordinator "TC" to handle all the paperwork.
