I have no assets of my own other than $1,000 in my personal savings account, but plan to add more with every sale from my pursuits as a Realtor.

I've returned to BP after re-igniting the pursuit of REI and being reminded of the site. 

Currently a Realtor, Broker, and Property Manager with properties in all the above areas that do very well.Happy to answer questions. provide guidance etc in your pursuit of this potential investment.

Sorry it was a little misleading what I meant was would I need proof of funds for the contract before my pursuit of an all cash buyer.

For this pursuit I'd emphasize the strength of your team and specifically your PM.
