Well underneath the floors is just concrete, so if any damage occurs I’d just replace the couple pieces of peel and stick vinyl.

Any potential buyers should be masking up and wearing gloves, and not touching things as well as limiting people in the home (ie only those who are pre-approved for the list price or higher).
