Well underneath the floors is just concrete, so if any damage occurs I’d just replace the couple pieces of peel and stick vinyl.

Hi, my tenants are not willing to let me show the an apartment to prospective tenants because of Covid (they would wear masks etc.).

Any potential buyers should be masking up and wearing gloves, and not touching things as well as limiting people in the home (ie only those who are pre-approved for the list price or higher). 

Siding is falling off, paint is completely peeled, tons of deferred maintenance, and apparently a family of squirrels is living inside.
