Like you, I was a little nervous going to my first REI group meeting since I didn't know anyone and I was going alone.

I'm real nervous putting this out there beings how I'm brand new to this but I really don't want to be a victim of "paralysis by analysis" and I suppose you can't get anywhere if you don't make a move.

Super excited and nervous as this will be my first investment and as a recent grad, it currently takes me half a year to make 24k (before taxes... so really closer to 3/4 year) so I definitely dont want to make any silly mistakes.Thanks in advance BP!

I have been trying to check everything and verify everything as I go which is why I haven't made the offer yet (this would be my first deal so I'm still a little nervous).
