Just like the last comment, the list of problems we have is just too long to add here, but from the bad screening of the tenant to the work order that you pay and NEVER get done, you will need to inspect your property every time "they complete a work order."

We always schedule a walk through inspection noting repairs that need to be done soon or eventually.I've recently closed on some wholesaled properties and against my better judgement used the seller's choice of a closing attorney.
