Has anyone ever used Score Master before and do you think it is worth a membership or do you think it is a waste of time?

That's really difficult when you're just starting out.What's not so difficult is having acceptable credit, and in this economy, that makes another solution viable.Get a credit card with a high balance and no membership fee and do not use it.

I found one that have a membership fee of around $150 a year for two people.

There are webcasts and tools that will help you find deals to get started and analyze them to be sure they are good ones and not lemons . . . very inexpensive source of education and one "bad deal" woudl more than cover what you woudl have paid for an annual membership.
