I'm sure OK has its share of dumps but you really have to drive around FL to truly appreciate how much low-cost housing there is.

We just started managing 4 tiny homes on 1 lot with a shared pool and they are booking great at a rate commensurate with larger homes.   

I currently work with investors building and diversifying their portfolios with Single-family homes over the midsouth/midwest, and I would love to connect with you and share some insight on the turn-key world and swap investing goals.

Then later as you grow older and no longer want to share your space you can just stop renting the other bedroom.

When I shared the success story that's all that was - maintenance of course you have to factor in but on the raw deal over 4 figures in net cash flow is very good (at least to me).
