I previously worked for the largest global institutional real estate investor doing acquisitions in every asset class across the southeast. 

The only way to force it back is to make it extremely expensive (high trade tariffs) on overseas goods imported into the US.In a global economy it will hurt Americans both short and long term but it will achieve what they really want.    

As you know I'm a Jackson State Prof. and if I could add one course to our general education curriculum it would be a course in home economics with the emphasis on economics.

Get a trusted friend to be a roommate...special emphasis on "trusted".

Run your business like a business, logic>emotions, and the lease is what decides everything, so that's why I am putting some much emphasis on it.  

Global Warming?

I am personally negative on Manhattan longterm, as I think many aspects that made NY the center of US cultural mindset being competed/globalized away due to Internet.

Just as we are emerging from the worst global pandemic in a century, Russia launches the first major European ground offensive in 75 years.

It is one of the least corrupt counties in the world, ranking 23rd globally according to World Economic Forum.3.

With the way the economy seems to be headed at a global level, along with the threats of hiking interest rates, coupled with the additional price increases of everyday goods and gas, it might be wise to take in a profit while the window is open.
