Hi,  My tenant's water usage is normally 60 - 500 gallons per day.  

. $895 for a 40 gallon and then $100 more for each bump up in size.

Propane company's will not fill tank unless you lease from them and they can charge as much as 4.00 a gallon .

. $20 for a gallon at lowes and I've never run into a urine problem that this didn't solve. 

I doubt the entire place took much more than 2 gallons of paint.

I was curious to find out what brand  of paint everyone is using in their flips and rentals.I have seen some contractors getting $60/gallon paint from sherwin williams for $15.I am thinking because of the volume they purchase every year.Anybody want to share the secret or any codes they use to obtain good quality paint at reasonable prices.thank you everyone..

I estimate the house using about 500 gallons per year which would cost me appx $1200 to fill my 2 250 gallon tanks.There is not an option for natural gas so I cannot convert.

At the top the gentlemen wrote “very bad water leak on water service” were talking a 22,000 gallon leak, according to my bill.
