I was curious to find out what brand of paint everyone is using in their flips and rentals.I have seen some contractors getting $60/gallon paint from sherwin williams for $15.I am thinking because of the volume they purchase every year.Anybody want to share the secret or any codes they use to obtain good quality paint at reasonable prices.thank you everyone..

I estimate the house using about 500 gallons per year which would cost me appx $1200 to fill my 2 250 gallon tanks.There is not an option for natural gas so I cannot convert.
