I can not move the vent one bay because there is a bathroom vanity.Please help me, I’m think but not sure it’s a good idea. simple and easy option is to disconnect vent going to the bathroom but there will be no heat/cold in the bathroom.Bathroom is 6X9 Originally posted by @Jon Reed:Well.. you got yourself a big beam right there in the way of a straight shot for the HVAC duct.

Depending on how bad is the foundation state (how many inches you have to correct), is very possible the sewer line will disconnect/break in the horizontal portions.

Iv found the vacant property of my dreams with great bones and structure , the owners own the title free and clear only problem I'm having now is where are these owners 🤔 iv been calling around in search mode getting hung up on, calling wrong numbers, calling disconnected landlines and pronouncing people's names wrong , yea it's tough but I really want this property this may be early stages of attachment but oh well 😁 So my Question is : Is there a more accurate absentee owner website or app you guys recommend for finding addresses, emails & phone numbers ??

It will probably have prexisting hvac so if you did replace it would not need to be ducted which doesnt include the needed electrical which could often include upgrading a main disconnect or running 220s to a disconnect at the condenser or flex line for a furnace in the case of an old multi in Baltimore on radiator.

Not living at or near the propert makes me nervous with not identifying things that are nearing their useful life (Windows, siding, exterior paint, roof, porches, etc.)Im looking to get a property manager involved soon so then I'll be even more disconnected so im trying to put a plan together.Would appreciate any personal experience or suggestions !
