Cost of Power Install on Vacant Lot

What should someone expect to pay for a 200 amp service to be installed on a vacant lot? 100x100 in size.

Trenches will be dug by me.

Not including, any utility/pole costs?

In my experience, it depends on the power company but they make a determination as to what your electrical usage would be and then decide how much feed line they'll give you free of charge. Then they have a cost per foot rate. I wanted underground at a property and they would have gone the whole distance in the air but I had to pay a portion because the cable was buried. I think it was like they paid for 100 feet and I paid for an additional 50 feet or something like that. If you're talking a long run like a half mile or something, better expect to pay thousands of dollars.
