If it's BOA, Chase, Citi, Wells, or any of the big 5-10 banks, it's not worth trying.  

In general you really want to find a bank that is known for not calling their loans due, like the Chase and BOAs of the world. 

We have personal and company accounts established with BoA and properties valued at $215k in the LLC name, (fully paid up, nothing owing).I was in Lewiston, NY last month to acquire credit.

I've worked with NACA as a seller and now I'm representing a friend of mine in purchasing a condo and I turned him on to NACA.If the buyer is NACA certified, there is a very high 95%+ likelihood that BOA or CITI will approve the deal, providing the subject property appraises and inspects OK.

I went HELOC at BOA and I've been pretty happy

I worked with many banks (BOA/WAMU/Ocwen/Countrywide...) as well as with McCalla Raymer Foreclosing Attorneys.  

If do and it is a national bank like Wells, BOA etc... put in his account and notify the tenant in writing as to the location of their security deposit 

I am about to close a deal this Monday, but I am worried about my HELOC being reduced by BoA.

Considering this is BOA it is going to be virtually impossible to buy it directly from the bank.
