I've worked with NACA as a seller and now I'm representing a friend of mine in purchasing a condo and I turned him on to NACA.If the buyer is NACA certified, there is a very high 95%+ likelihood that BOA or CITI will approve the deal, providing the subject property appraises and inspects OK.
