The current sellers are open to living in the current home we will be buying for up to 6 months and can pay me rent during that time (like a leaseback) , can I combine that with a bridge loan for (6-8) months to get me past that period.id assume my loan wouldn’t be the same rate as no longer could it be for a primary residence as they’d still be living in it.If i purchase the home and do a lease back for 6 months to the new hluse they are building is finished would I even need a bridge loan?

I have started to work directly with the city to get approval to construct multiple duplexes on the property, a surveyor/engineer, and an architect finishing the plans.

I started reading it last night, plan to finish over the weekend.

Some markets need a higher-end build out to be profitable others going basic on finishes is most effective.

Maybe it will go quicker than others because you are motivated, but start with that good help mindset that you finished with.

Debating on whether finishing the slopedattic of my recently purchased buy and hold triplex is worth it.

It’s been a little challenging but I think we are about 2 weeks from finishing a 3 level 5 bed /3 bath house so it’s been a big project.
