In San Diego?

I am not new in RE (Own 2 (condo+townhome) +primary home) and all units are in San Diego and know want to buy something near beach and been in Imperial Beach lot of times love the place :)Any guidance how should i approach?

Like, in the mountains, or the San Juan Islands.

My neighbor has many airbnb properties in San Diego and told me to go to AirDNA.

We purchased a new build home in San Antonio last year.

Hard Rock Hotel (Downtown San Diego) has offered investment ownership opportunities for certain rooms within their establishment... has anybody had experience with this or horror stories of such investments?

I'm located in San Antonio, Texas and do civil engineering for developers on projects all across Texas.

I am looking for cash flow positive storage building in Texas, off a major highway, with value add potential, preferably in North Texas (Sherman/Denton/McKinney), Central Texas (Waco/Austin/San Antonio), West Texas (Odessa), or greater Houston area.
