The only major things that I have been able to think of are providing living spaces for people in lower income situations (Section 8(ish)) or maybe a battered women's shelter (not sure if that is the PC name for that), or potentially a halfway house. 

We have a meetup group that meets this coming Monday at the South Regional Library.  

I have been drawn to real estate investing since I was 16 and read Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad as well as his other titles (shout out to my local library).

Spend 1 day a month reading to kids at the local library, another few hours helping at the dog shelter.

If you have money to burn through then buy all these Guru courses.If you are a fledgling investor you need to keep your cash and try to gain info here with help from others to learn knowledge.You can also go to a book store and also your local library to read up on the basics for free.You just don't want to go for broke too soon paying someone for a system.
