I don't know if LLCs can take out DSCR loans, so you might need 25-35% down for an investment property, but I would imagine that a $745k property should be able to fetch a loan for 70% with the remaining equity applying toward down payment.3.

I am not a lender, but I can't imagine you getting a $250k loan with downpayment assitance and have it be less than $1400/mo.

Yes, they may not lose their money but they won't make the most out it later down the line if it wasn’t a well-calculated purchase.I am sure all of this can be leveraged and outsourced but why can't all of the above be in one website, like imagine interactive brokers but for real estate investments.
