i have to wipe my screen every time i see their collage football feild ..is there alot of rentals that way?

I would on exception try STR though especially for CMA, Draft, Super Bowl (Nashville will get one soon, mark my word), Music City Bowl, SEC Tournament, Big Football Games.  

It has great potential for football season and summer.My estimate is $50k (padded) for repairs. 

Ok, maybe a little football on the weekends mixed in, well, actually Saturday and Sunday games, and well then there is Monday night football!

We keep the properties neat and tidy even though they're rented by college students (funny story:  one of our houses is directly across the street from UMD's football field. 

I think of these helpful professionals like officials in a football game.
