You're looking at a few hundred bucks from the plumber and electrician respectively, and if you already have them there to do a hook-up for your own unit, the extra cost for the second one will be minimized.If you already have hook-ups and are wondering if you should buy a tenant a machine or not - my two cents is not in a million years.
