I screw with him until I get him in default and foreclose on him (BTW, I could simply keep ripping up his payments by check and lower the boom on him).The bank has a liability to that borrower, such a transaction makes the bank a party to the ploy of this note buyer and they can get their tail sued off.

If you do know what a good agent knows, you won't have competition in wholesaling really, buyers, real buyers, will want to deal with someone who knows what they are doing rather than some guy chasing his tail so to speak.

  ( she is a stay at home mother who works her tail off to maintain the house hold)- Buying things when she wants- Lifestyle- Marriage adjustments.- Daily adjustments- and list can go on but you get my point.My gain.- Home everynight- Spend more time with the family- Watch my kids grow up- Not having to travel to work and be gone for 28 days in the middle of the ocean.- Less dangerous job.I will be walking away from my 250k year job in June of 2015 to follow my dream.

Nicole, I'll comment on your blog, I didn't see a question, LOL.Reason you're chasing your tail is the same that most newbies chase theirs, you (they) started out trying to learn from blogs, podcasts, REI groups talking about programs or investor deals, guru books, how to books and forum questions.

So, I'd suggest, when you're actually willing to work and get off you fat back sides, to get your tail out from behind a computer screen, off the couch and get some decent shoes on and walk and talk, Learn how to meet people face to face, knock doors, strike up a conversation at the café about what you do.
