My new REI goal: Be successful enough to be on a BP podcast!
That's right! Do you hear me @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner ... I am coming for you.
I am terrible at gauging my own success. I work my tail off, keep my head down, and live below my means. This has lead my to climb rather quickly in my professional field (not RE). However, I feel there is much more room to climb. My same attitude is applied to Real Estate. I have two properties, and I am scouring for my third, and I want more. However, I could have 100 properties, and I will still be scouring for my 101st. Without taking time out to "reflect" and "pat myself on the back"... I've determined that my gauge for success will need to be external.
See you both in 2016...
