I'm currently reading the 4 hour work week.  

.$550 per week in lost rent$750 per week is what it cost me to own the triplex in both actual and opportunity cost.5 days (normal work week) of my labor (40 hours) will take me about 1 months worth of weekends to complete.

Im halfway through reading (listening) the 5 books that Brandon Turner recommended in a recent post:- Rich Dad Poor Dad, - The 4 hour workweek, - The total money makeover, - The Lean Startup, and - The One Thing - The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary ResultsAnother book i recommend is The ABCs of Real Estate Investing by Ken McElroyAnyways hopefully I've informed some people who will find this useful!

(channeling 4 hour work week thoughts)

So I have been applying the 10x rule, 4 hr work week and all these books and went from 1 proprerty to 2 with 3 in escrow.

I'm on an "Information Diet" as Tim Ferriss says via 4 Hour Work Week. 

My general long-term goal is financial freedom, so that I can spend more time with family and enjoy living while I can.Some books I've read that have gotten me started on this journey: Rich Dad Poor Dad, The 4-Hour Work Week, Building Wealth One House at a Time, and The Book on Rental Property Investing (which is what brought me to BiggerPockets!)

I ordered more books "The Millionaire Mind", "4 Hour Work Week", "Hop On Pop" and others. 

Like getting a pilot's license and flying down to stay at your Caribbean villa, simply because it's Tuesday and you feel like it.If you haven't read them yet, invest a small amount of time into the books Rich Dad Poor Dad, and the 4 Hour Work Week (specifically the sections on Dreamlining and Muse Business).Ignore the naysayers, they will never understand.

I got interested in investing and money through reading Tim Ferriss's "The 4 Hour Workweek" and shortly after "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki.
