@Nick Baldo , Hi Nick,  I just finished watching your youtube video overview of your property management workspace. 

Work Space is killing it nationwide. 

But remember, we’ve got 21% unemployment in our county and tenants reimagining their workspace, which will result in a net negative demand.

I heard on a podcast the other day that developers are going to look into adding soundproof flex workspaces/meeting rooms/huddle rooms into apartment buildings. 

I'm thinking under these circumstances, turning the garage into a JADU/workspace would significantly increase the value of the home. 

I had this problem when I had to start working from home with the shutdown and set up my work space in another room.

Also, what can I expect in labor costs for this type of work? Space

An Airbnb just a short drive away may be very attractive to someone looking for variety in their workspace and the desire to mix business with pleasure.

We HAD to have work space available since we both work from home.

Everyone works from home now and even when the orders are lifted do you really think the top executives aren't going to start unloading their over-bloated leases in order to downsize and reduce the amount of workspace and bottom-line costs?
