Update- Court papers were served, I installed security camera's (something I had wanted to do for quite some time but now this pushed me over the edge), and knocked on the troubled tenants door to set up some time for new prospective tenants.I video taped the whole thing on my phone but she took a few minutes to get to the door and I felt I was being filmed and I will tell you why.

First, if it's true that you're just trying to inform people and have no ulterior motives, my recommendation would be to just videotape the presentation or do a webinar (so people can still ask questions) -- that would essentially be free, you'd get the word out and you wouldn't lose money.
