Update- Court papers were served, I installed security camera's (something I had wanted to do for quite some time but now this pushed me over the edge), and knocked on the troubled tenants door to set up some time for new prospective tenants.I video taped the whole thing on my phone but she took a few minutes to get to the door and I felt I was being filmed and I will tell you why.

Video tape the person and start sending to the HOA and perhaps a Youtube site where you document them threatening you or mom.

Especially if you video tape it and send it to my email!

First, if it's true that you're just trying to inform people and have no ulterior motives, my recommendation would be to just videotape the presentation or do a webinar (so people can still ask questions) -- that would essentially be free, you'd get the word out and you wouldn't lose money. 

You may want to video tape your sewer ($400) or rod it ( $250) to confirm there is no cracked pipes or roots.Best of luck, Frank

I would have gone over to clean up the little bit of mold that you found, but I certainly wouldn't have done a mold test or video-taped the cleanup.

He said the thing that saved him insurance-wise was that he videotaped his house with his stuff in it, to inventory everything, because he had read an article about doing that.  

Make good powerpoint slides for the workshop, videotape it, and you can have a video product that you could then sell to other folks.To get them interested you could offer a free seminar with an overview of how GIS could help their business.
