An agent sent me a video tape of a fourplex in this area that made it seem pretty good.

The staffers will videotape the auction and keep track of the successful bids and names of the buyers.

One of my competitiors in HML in the SF bay area in the 80s would always video tape the closings.. 

They are providing video tape only to the paid members so any missed meetings can be seen by video.I'm not sure if this answers your question but it's my experience with my local REI that may apply to your situation.

What does the agent video tape?

I raised all kinds of hell, the renewal hadn't been signed yet,  gave her the money back and videotaped her taking it as well as signing a receipt,  the police had to get involved to get her to move on her last day,  we gave her all of her deposit back despite about $250 in damages.  

@Nathan G.I am not placing them in a protected class but if for some strange reason they say they want to take you to court, it is much harder to prove with smell than with a videotape.

Once I have a property under contract, I go to the house and video tape the outside and inside of the property and tell them the financial details.

It even came down to videotaping the rental before I left.

That property is really close to my house and I wouldn't mind video taping the neighborhood and giving some insight on how things work in Brooklyn, NY.
