I always pray for guidance through each deal and to cause the enemy to stumble whenever their intentions are with ulterior motive.I've asked God to protect even my business associates who I work with closely as to make sure that any deal I am a part of prevails with integrity.

Whenever you see someone compare the returns of the two by showing the historical returns of the stock market and the housing market you know they either don't understand real estate investing or have an ulterior motive.

They may still have an ulterior motive, but the external confirmation process acts as a check on their advice.
