Like I said, no ulterior motive. 

But because I genuinely believe in my strategies and share my knowledge to help others, it’s suddenly seen as having ulterior motives.Here’s the thing: explaining yourself to critics only gives them a sense of power they don’t deserve.

Jessica a whopping 2 post when people on BP attach someone like Linda its always because of some ulterior motive or a shill of just plain spite so anyone reading this should disregard Jessica's comments as not being valid etc..

Make sure they are just a investor so there are no ulterior motives involved.

Anyone that tells you different is either completely inexperienced or has ulterior motives.

@Matt Wujek please don't be naive and think everyone here is going to help you for free.Many have ulterior motives to chat with you to pitch you on their services.We're always looking for clients here on BP, but are pretty transparent about it.

There are even members that will respond here that have ulterior motives, so you shouldn't trust them.Go through the content available here on BP and then start looking for a Property Management Company you can build a relationship with - but, still verify & validate what they do as no one is perfect and even an honest mistake can cost thousands.Some agents may post here to start with them, but 95%+ of agents don't know how to properly identify a rental property to buy.
