I am on fire to get going, and to stay on track with my plan I will have to buy minimum 1 property this year.

You're on the right track to reach out for help here and also to look to your area for potential partnerships.

It's not always enforced but that would be my recommendation, otherwise you have to put an alarm that chimes when it's opened to keep track of kids running outside to the pool!
