Now, while searching for new insurance through a broker, I'm being told that my building now requires a "Central Station Fire Alarm that reports to a Central Reporting Station".Is this new requirement normal?

No alarms to wake up to and as many vacation days as we want in a year! 

I've got one year of school left, which has set off two alarms in my head:1.

If one can't/won't do that then they are probably just an equity thief and not actually providing value to the seller. 

When I investigated further, the negative reviews about the company were alarming.

Regular inspections are a good way to check if furnace filters are cleaned, smoke alarms are working, etc.

For example, even though it was little unit, inspector required whole unit tied fire alarm.
