OfgiftYou are both right, kind of.In the sunshine belt there was a huge build up in the early to mid 80's leading up to the Tax Reform Act of 1986 and the Savings and Loan melt down.

well if the sun shines and the creek don't rise in December I will take down my biggest project to date..

With net metering, expensive power from SDG&E, and lots of year round sunshine the payoff time can be much sooner.

I’m looking to invest out-of-state from California (I always say that the sunshine is great but our property values are not) and the potential returns in Jackson really caught my interest.I noticed that the best returns are in South and West Jackson, but I haven’t been able to find a property manager who manages in these areas.

In a forest full of grown 100 meter high trees, the only one fighting and competing for sunshine are the little seedlings 3 inches tall.

Funny how all west coast investors flock to Indianapolis to buy up cheap properties and think it’s going to be sunshine and rainbows .

I grew up in Tampa, Florida so I can appreciate the love to get back down to the Sunshine State.
