Property Managers For South and West Jackson

Hi everybody! I’m looking to invest out-of-state from California (I always say that the sunshine is great but our property values are not) and the potential returns in Jackson really caught my interest.

I noticed that the best returns are in South and West Jackson, but I haven’t been able to find a property manager who manages in these areas. Does anyone have a PM that they would recommend that works in these areas?

I really appreciate it!

David

The returns are deceiving. If you have to rehab the house every time someone moves out or gets evicted then you don't have returns. I would stay clear of south or west Jackson. East of Jackson in the Pearl or Brandon area would be better or @Cynthia Crawford carter mentioned north east Jackson would probably work.
