When hostfully  bought them,  the rumor is that they just stopped supporting orbirental.

Rumor has it (as in I haven't personally used it yet) that there are some lenders offering 15% down and around 5% interest on 30 yr note....

I've heard rumors they exist for investment properties, but are extremely hard to come by. 

Rumor has it that he is too highly leveraged by borrowing the equity of properties he has had for 10-15 years.

The old adage is "buy on the rumor, sell on the news", which is exactly what happened.

One of them even uses a respected attorney to do his double closings.I also would ALWAYS recommend getting sound legal advice from a qualified attorney in your state before doing any type of creative real estate investing.I also think communicating unverified or misinformed rumors around real estate laws is a destructive practice and should only be done with the utmost caution and reserve.

I hear crickets.....Still no rumors of this beloved program coming back?

We used to actually caulk and seal the top pane of double hungs until we heard rumors that it was against the local fire code to do so (still unsure, but a rumor is enough for me).

This is what I know so far about the property:•The land has been in the family for over 50 years•The land is under a trust and the person in-charge is in California and there are rumors that the person charge with the trust is possibly dead.
